Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is a hassle free registering experience for the students for the Space Odyssey Program. Please note that once the registration is complete, and centre choices for the competition have been submitted, no requests for cancellation will be entertained. However, Space Odyssey will refund back the money, provided after payment of fees, the student is unable to find any centre of examination within 200 km of their provided address. If such requests are found to be genuine and proven after investigation, complete refund will be provided, if request for cancellation is filed within 24 hours of submission of such fees. After such time has elapsed, it will be assumed that the student/guardian has no such complaint and is willing to select among the provided centres for participating in the competition.

In case of dissatisfaction over available centres, student/guardian has the liberty to cancel the registration and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund Policy

Space Odyssey will try its level best to provide examination centres in your vicinity.

In case a student/guardian is not able to find any centre of examination within 200 km of their provided address, we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
